This is my second round of the Shred. I first did it in June and saw some awesome results. I was 140 lbs at the time and I shed only about 3 lbs but I was able to shave off 8.5 inches all over. For that reason, taking measurements is the most important part of this program. So here goes attempt #2:

Hi All!!! I have been doing the shred for the past couple weeks... not diligently tho... so I am completely in for the 30 days!! Here are my starting measurements:

Body Age: 43 (SERIOUSLY!?!?! I'm 28... so not cool, but GREAT motivation!)

Hi All! I am adding the 30 Day Shred to my week. I work out with an awesome trainer twice a week and plan to do the shred 4 times a week with a rest day each week. So far it is not as bad as I feared
