    Hey everybody! I started last night so excited !

    Height: 5'3
    CW : 129.8
    GW: 118

    only measurement i have right now is my waist at 30 inches ( i just had this measured at our health fair at work only reason i know!)

    I'm all set, got the video (well UTube) and my weights, mat at the ready. Now I just need my brain to catch up.

    Measurements:

    Height: 170cm (5ft 7")
    Weight: 160.9lb
    Chest: 36 (under bra)
    Upper arms: 11
    Waist: 32
    Hips: 41.5
    Thighs: 23
    Calf: 15

    BMI: 25.2

    This is going to be an interesting 30 days.

    Revised chest measurement is: 38

    This is my second round of the Shred. I first did it in June and saw some awesome results. I was 140 lbs at the time and I shed only about 3 lbs but I was able to shave off 8.5 inches all over. For that reason, taking measurements is the most important part of this program. So here goes attempt #2:

    Height: 5'1"
    CW: 128lbs
    Bust: 34"
    Chest: 31"
    Waist: 28.5"
    Hips: 37.75"
    Thighs: 20.5"
    Calves: 13.25"
    Upper Arms: 10.5"

    P.S. - I started today so there is no turning back!!

    Hi All!!! I have been doing the shred for the past couple weeks... not diligently tho... so I am completely in for the 30 days!! Here are my starting measurements:

    Height: 5'2"
    Weight: 145lbs
    Bust: 36.5"
    Waist: 31.5"
    Hips: 40.5"
    Thighs: 23"
    Upper Arms: 11.5"

    With my fancy scale:
    BMI: 26.2
    Fat%: 40.2%
    Muscle%: 24.3
    Body Age: 43 (SERIOUSLY!?!?! I'm 28... so not cool, but GREAT motivation!)

    So glad I found this group and can't wait to see everyone's results!! As soon as I figure out how to post before pics... I will... sigh

    I took before pictures but I am not brave enough to post them right now. Maybe later for a before and after! Now more motivated than ever to do this after seeing myself in undies and a bathing suit after I took the pictures...

    Finally got up the nerve to take pics. Would rather do a side by side comparison if I live through this. Got a tape measure that loops around so you can do your own measurements, I didn't know they existed. Did those this morning too.

    Uploaded my pics to my profile! I also added my pics from the first time I did the 30 DS last November. They aren't great because I forgot to take before pics so I just have end of level one vs end of level three but they show some progress between the two :)

    Hi All! I am adding the 30 Day Shred to my week. I work out with an awesome trainer twice a week and plan to do the shred 4 times a week with a rest day each week. So far it is not as bad as I feared :)
