                    So guys it's 2:33 am to be exact and i can't sleep so i thought why not do some squats.
Day 2 - 30 day squat challenge - complete

            So Day 2....I am feeling it from yesterday. I keep anticipating the fact that I have to do 5 more than yesterday, and 5 more tomorrow, but I feel good. My butt has definitely needed some work, and this is literally whooping it into shape. I am sore, which sucks because I go to school, and it feels like the campus is made up of completely hills, and work, which requires running up and down ladders to retrieve car parts for customers. Oh well, I have went back to a healthier vegetarian diet, which is great because the greasy food I was eating began to weigh me down again. I also joined a walking/jogging/running group, who's March challenge is to walk/jog/run 50 miles. I did 1.5 yesterday, so 48.5 to go. :-) How's everyone else?0

            Day 1 completed. Today I just did a 7 mile run, so I am going to do Day 2 tonight. Give my legs a little rest. Thanks for keeping me motivated. 0 0

            I worked a double yesterday at work, so I didn't end up doing the first day... But I have done yesterday's in addition to today's!!... Right after 1000 jumping jacks. Ouch. 0 0

            DONE =] 25 weighted with a barbell, 25 sumo squats weighted and 5 duck squats.. the worst of them all lol !!!0

            day 2 - done! i can tell that doing squats from stronglifts that doing regular bodyweight squats have gotten a lot easier. before, my legs would be on fire after 20 consecutive squats... i could probably do quite a few before i would have to take a break.0

 I was more tired today than yesterday even though it was only an extra five, but I think it's because it Saturday and I'm just more lazy when I sleep in.0
