Hey guys don't forget the squat of the day "curtsy squat"

Remember it's 35 per leg to give a total of 70

    Blah!!! I blew it ...I did 70 regular squats...but I will do the 70 Curtsy Squats by the end of the day :)

    Completed. They feel really good...I could feel them in my tush more than the prisoner squats!

    I didn't do the curtsy squat either. I did regular squats, plie squats and regular squats with lateral leg lifts.

    I will have to watch the video and try it tomorrow or another day.

    Done with my curtsy squats. Did 70 on each side because I didn't realize that we could do 35 for each leg to total 70. Does that mean I only have to do 5 tomorrow? :wink:

    I did them. This challenge is so interesting. I never realized there were different kind of squats. I usually just did weighted or unweighted. Thanx for the education. Day 5 down.

    So, at day 3 I was sore. So thank god for the day of rest. Coming back to it was not hard. I completed the 70 today, all in one set ;-) Also, I incorporated my arms, so I'm feeling both legs and arms.

    Pretty sure I overdid it on my squats.. I went to the gym after work last night. 100 Barbell Squats + 50 Goblet Squats there(who needs a day of rest?!). And of course I just did my 70(actually 80) curtsy squats. I'm feeling great today!
