Hey guys!!!! the squat of the day is the Curtsy Squat Rear Leg Lift
Remember it's 40 per leg

As I have my right arm in a cast. my balance isn't great. so if you don't mind I'll stick with the basic curtsey squat. I think that the rear leg lift might tip me over!0

20 Curtsy Squat Rear Leg Lifts per leg and 40 regular squats done! That was def the hardest so far!0

day 6 - complete - 50 per leg (got carried away) 100 total
My bum is on fire now (usually its my thighs ) OMG it hurts so bad.
I've never sweat this much during squats.
Definitely the hardest so far. Good luck everyone!!0 -

I did 310 squats yesterday to catch up since I just joined yesterday, so my bum and thighs are already hurting! haha

Done. Thank goodness is rest day. I need it. I'm going to try the curtsy with leg lift on Saturday. Looks like it will "hurt so good."0

40 per leg. This was a true balance test! And I also feel it in my lower back0 -
