I hope it's okay I start a new thread for these, the other was already 15 pages long. I couldn't wait to post these, even though the challenge is not quite over.
The First set is January 1st 2013, 153 lbs. The second set is Today March 9th 2013, 143 lbs. Only 8 more lbs to reach my LTG!!!

Thanks! I know I was a bit shocked myself. Truth be told, that first pic was right before TOM, and I had been eating terribly, so several pounds were water and you can see where I carry my water lol (saddest camel ever ;-) )
In month 1 I did insanity, then switched over to JMBR. My eating was all over the place in terms of what I was doing. What is working the best is a "zone" macro split, and eating at or close to BMR.
I am really glad I took those first pics, I hope this encourages others to do the same.0 -

I was too ashamed to take any body pictures and I still am. I started my journey at 191 lbs, started the competition January 1st at 181 lbs and finished the Challenge at 158 lbs. I still have a long way to go, but I think I can be proud of the progress I've made. 33 lbs total and 23 lbs in the 10 week challenge. Hopefully I've followed the instructions and these will post correctly. Surely, someone can tell which are before and which are after so I don't label them wrong! Congrats to everyone else, too!

Congrats everyone! I'm not sure if there's going to be an "official" after picture thread or not, but as I just had my final weigh in I figured I'd post a pic now before I forget.
There isn't a huge difference picture wise, but I lost a clothing size in pants, bra, and undies. I don't know about shirts because I keep taking in my old t-shirts at the hem.

Lost: 16lbs
I missed my goal weight by 1lb, but I really didn't even think I'd get that far in 10 wks, so I'm still super psyched. I'm gonna do the Spring Into Summer challenge and hopefully with that one I'll get to my final goal weight.
