I did these in a combination of regular squats, and curtsy squats. Jumping is a bit too noisy for a baby in the house.0

Day 1-50 squats (2 sets, 25 reps)
Day 2-55 squats (2 sets, 20 reps; 1 set,15 reps)
Day 3-60 squats (3 sets, 20 reps)
Day 4-Rest
Day 5-70 squats (2 sets, 35 reps of curtsy squats; and 1 set, 20 reps of prisoner squats )
Day 6-75 squats (1 set, 25 reps of prisoner squats; and 2 sets, 25 reps weighted squats - 20 lbs)
Day 7-80 Curtsy Squat Rear Leg Lift (completed with 3 lb weights)
Day 8-REST!!!
Day 9-100 free hand jump squats (4 sets, 25 reps)
Day 10-105 squats (4 sets, 25 prisoner squats; 1 set, 10 reps weighted squats - 30 lbs)
Day 11-110 squats completed (1 set, 10 reps of prisoner squats; 2 sets, 25 reps - 30 lbs; and 2 sets, 25 reps - 20 lbs)
Did not do the split squat jump this time around...0 -
did my jump squats last night...I did 10 jumps then 10 regular squats but I got them in...0

Did 110 squats last night. About 30 were squat jumps. They were part of a boot camp class I was doing anyway, and with everything else we did, I couldn't do any more jumps!0

Too much jumping these past three days....wow! Did 110 today...jumping split squats, but last 20 were modified slow/if a jump. Also did JM Extreme Buns and Thighs Level 2
How do you like that Jm video? I would kill for extreme buns and thighs and may try it after I am done with the shred.0 -

110 regular squats. Just can't jump with the one knee. But MAN!! I wanted to!! (But I can say that it is easier to WANT to do that since I'm "safe" knowing that I can't!!)

I did the free-hand jump squats (well, without my hand crossed in front of me--was too scared I would lose my balance), but I was willing to try since I had two feet at the same time. I am just too scared to try this so 110 regular squats.0
