Ummmm....really??? Ain't never even SEEN anything like this before.
Did a modified version. I put 2 fingers on the stove--just for balance and to make sure I wasn't tempted to pull myself up with my hand/arm. :blushing: :laugh:
5 sets of 10 and 3 sets of 5 on each leg. But I had to have LONG pauses between sets.

I couldn't do those. I did some modify version and did 100 each leg to make it up0

I'm a few days behind, so I'm using my rest day to catch up. These were so difficult!!! I could only do about 20 per leg, and did regular squats the rest of way. Doing regular squats definitely seem easier! Hopefully one day I will be able to do these, and go all the way to the ground... Right now I'm not that strong or flexible.0

130 modified completed! Hard to balance and get anywhere near halfway. But kept my leg in the air and went as far as possible (not far!)0

My knees wouldn't let me do this today...so I did 130 regular squats. No weights this time.
Did a set of 30, 30, 30 then 40.0
