    Exciting times: minus 5 inches off my waist. developed 4.5-pack abs, addicted to Insanity workouts, enjoy swimming and playing squash so much now that physical activity has become a priority in my life and I feel great. No running outside in the snow, ice, sub-zero temps and rain. Peak-human form no longer a distant goal.
