I did 20 Minute Work Out, again, yesterday. (Week 1, Day 2). Oh yeah, I wasn't going to do Learn & Burn as i did it twice last week. But, I'm feeling so tired, today. Hmmm. Either I will do 20 Minute Work Out, again, or Learn & Burn.

I did Learn & Burn because I didnt have my remote to my DVD player to make it change to turbo sculpt, but at least I got something in.0

Finally got a TJ workout in!!! It has been way too long! 20 Minute Work Out. I was literally falling asleep sitting up when I decided to make myself do it. And, ya know... I feel so much better, now!

Hoping that I can do it every other day for a couple weeks and then start the Beginner Schedule, again.

Going to continue to do "Burn" for the next week every other day, if possible. It will be an unusual week as far as my time to work out goes... so will wait another week before I begin the Beginner Schedule.
