    Forgot to post yesterday. Will post for tonight after it's done later. Have been cleaning like a mad woman today...should really count that as exercise but, will not count it as I don't see it as a workout. Many people would but, not me. Hoping to break the 2500 at one point soon. I cannot believe some of the numbers posted. Good for all of you! I know it all depends on many factors so I am not disappointed with my progress. Great job!

    Oh well! I really did try, just couldn't prioritize my workouts like I needed to this week. Congrats to everyone who did reach their goal!

    Thursday........1500 calories in 1 hour 24 minutes and 39 seconds....I added much more jogging to my workout...So a mix of high incline walking and probably 20 minutes of jogging...Average heart rate was 131...Max heart rate 151...

    Friday........Rest

    Saturday.........1500.......Time/Calories Burned......22 minutes/465..........30 minutes/625...........1 hour/1,328...Now that's a personal record......1:10:48/1,500......This was 80% high incline walking at 23% or higher.....Average heart rate 131...High heart rate 151...

    Sunday....Allergies hit me hard and lasted all day....Time to break out the meds..
