I am doing zumba 3 nights a week and swimming 3 days right now.0

I am doing 5 days of week of zumba. I plan on starting my kettlebell workout (200 swings)in the morning again next week.0

Ran 50 minutes/8k (6mi) last night. Did some runners yoga afterward.0

In 10 short days I can jog 30 min and speed walk 30 min.....I feel awesome and I do toning at home with all sorts of different things..im losing slow but it a life change...no quik fix...I wont my 25 lbs off permanently!!!0

Everyday this week... 70-90 minutes mixed cardio/strength. I've been mixing up taebo and mixed cardio workouts. Average daily calorie burn as been around 700 calories.0

I run a minimum of 2 miles per day. My goal is everyday this year and I'm on 83 consecutive days. I lift heavy weights M,W,F and sometimes sundays. I have lost 12 pounds this year and 35 over the last 15 months. I started around 205 with a goal of 165. I got down to 170 then back up to 180 and currently at 168. I am concentrating more on body fat and lifting these days.0
