Still not quite there with 2500. I am going to take it at my own pace, though. I know what's right for me but, this is certainly a good motivator for myself. Will eventually be adding some strength training within the next couple of weeks. Don't know where I will have time to fit it but, am going to put it somewhere at least 2 a week from what I normally do. Really would like to keep one rest day, however. Will probably put it in with the two of my lower cal days....hmmm.0 -
