    My quads were laggin for a long time. I started using higher rep ranges like 10-12 on squats and next pump them nicely on the machine hack squats for sets of 12-15 and do a few drops on last set. LEg extensions are for detailing if u want mass stick to compounds. I used alot of drop sets and rest pauses and my quads are pretty nasty now.

    how on earth do you warmup that fast?

    I literally do about 6 sets before even touching my working sets.
    95x5 for 2-3 sets, 135x5,185x5, 225x5, then work sets.

    Wow! Never seen a warm up like that! So how much on working sets?

    Personally, I just killed my quads with stationary lunges on the smith machine. Not that any big boys will listen to little old me.

    Smith machine bulgarians are pretty similar n i have been using them alot lately. ITs HARD, You get a good mmc doing one leg at a time.

    I have the same problem. Squats have developed my hamstrings but my quads are lacking.
