    I am 190 lbs and goal is 160 lbs. 4 week challenge goal of 182 (8 lbs).

    3/13 = Starting Weight – 190
    3/20 = 182.6
    3/27 = 183

    I've been doing a lot of up and down in the last two weeks. But I'm down for the moment, and hopefully I can keep from bouncing back up too much!

    3/20 - 204 WEEK 1 LOST 1.4 lbs

    3/27 - 203.4 WEEK 2 LOST 0.6 lbs

    A total of 2 lbs lost so far. I am very happy with these #s. Maybe by the end of this challenge I will be in onederland.

    Sorry for forgetting to post last week! It was not so good for me since didn't realize I had ate so much sodium. Here's my weigh in for the 27th, I guess better late than never.

    Starting: 03/13/13 - 177.2
    03/20/13 - 175
    03/27/13 - 176.4

    However, I did lose the water weight by Friday.
