I'm interested, but wouldn't consider myself an ideal "top 12" candidate for the first round. In other words, I'll gladly give up my spot for someone who would likely benefit more. (However, I'm also posting to follow as I'm curious to see how this goes. Hey, Sara did it!)
Interested but would make a poor subject because after 12 weeks I'd still be poor and sometimes my diet consists of 'free food found around campus' because my fridge is empty...sometimes this diet consists of cream puffs and cookies So I guess I'm with jof on this one

As of now, I'm strictly looking for people who would
a) Like to participate in this service for the full period (12 weeks is my current guess).
b) Apply effort.

Me too - could really do with some help as learning from the forums is a bit hit and miss lol. No gym membership though, so needs to be a programme I can follow at home with minimal equipment (I have basic stuff), and a nutrition plan suitable for family meals. I have always sworn not to cook different meals for each individual!
I would think I'm a pretty good candidate, as I am straight forward and probably hit most of the issues that real clients have: middle aged, plenty to lose, no health issues, mediocre fitness levels and juggling around the family:laugh:0 -

I am a tough case....so I may be a good guinea pig...and can always use help. I'm a group fitness instructor who teaches 9+ classes a week. Figuring out the right nutrition and finding ways to lose any amount of weight is a challenge. Help!0

I'm 38, 5'11", 230-235
Starting weight: 265 (In August 2013)
Goal weight: 180
I have a general understanding of how everything works, from basic nutrition to working out, but I tend not to practice it as well as I should. I'm normally more cardio focused than muscle building focused. I'm not sure how you'd be intending me to train, but that's what I'd be coming from.
I may end up traveling for a week or two during the 12 weeks, but I should still be able to communicate. The diet might be bad during that time frame, so it might add a bit of a challenge for you. I might end up with restricted times or limits on what I can do during that period depending on what I'm traveling for.
I should have the time available to commit to this if you would like. If not, good luck.0
