Week 9 Day 1.... Took it outside today...

So since today is soooo pretty out, decided to take it outside, I have been running strictly inside until now... I do know how hard it is to run outside versus inside so I kept that in mind.... My total time out was 36 mins...I walked for 2 mins to warmup and then began running... I took two walk breaks throughout. Feels good... I am sooo excited... I have not weighted or measured since I started the program so this Sunday I will weigh, measure, and take pictures to see my progress. Just thought I'd share :)

    Congratulations on the milestone! Most people consider running outside to be "harder" than on a treadmill, so you're experience is not unusual.

    I'm sure that if you timed just the run and not the warm up walk you might be surprised how well you actually did.

    Sounds like you did great! Way to go!
    I've recently taken it outdoors, too. I'm loving it but it is a hard transition.
    Keep up the good work! You're doing it and that's what really matters.
