Hello everyone!
You can call me Amysteri, I currently workout in the US. I'm 5'6 and I'm in a healthy weight. Right now I just want to get toned and have some muscle definition. I'm trying to lose maybe a pound or two of fat and its rather difficult :ohwell:
What are your food vices/ cheats?

What do you think is holding you back from being in your TOP shape?
---- Maybe it's the kind of workouts I do or perhaps how i eat or what i eat. I'm still trying to figure it out maybe it's hard to lose fat because I don't have much fat to lose to begin with? I don't know, but I'm optimistic I'll figure it out!

---- pilates, cross trainer, weights

---- i'm up for anything new since I just started exploring the exercise world so I'm not familiar with all the kinds of exercises yet, but I'd like to be able to do the burpee challenge and run a 5k
