Good Morning Ladies! My stats for the week are:
SW: 181
CW: 170.5 (down 1 pound since last week)
GW: 140
NSV for this challenge:
1. Finish this 30 day shred!
2. Eat more fruits and veggies this week
3. Work harder to stay within my daily calorie limits (I did pretty good on my calorie intake this week, all things considered)
My previous NSV was to fit into my size 10 suit on Easter Sunday....well....I can get into it, but "fitting" it is a whole other story. I still need to lose about 10 more pounds before it will actually fit like it used to, but I'll take "getting" into it for now. :-)

Between lifting and TOM scale hasn't moved...in fact it was up a few pounds. I have decided to up the cardio and clean up my eating. Giving up is not an option...new month time to get it all right.0

I started p90x on the 1st, so I will stay committed and will have completed 2 phases of lean and a couple weeks by end of this challenge
To drink my half of water daily currently should be around 11 glasses, was at 6 today, I'm trying to increase by a glass daily
To work on my eating habits so I can hit my macros successfully by the end of this challenge
I have been a mfp member for a while but am only now really using it as I have had enough of being overweight and unhealthy, I'm looking to bring the happy, carefree (sexy) me back0 -

Hi, ladies I hope all is well with everyone. This week I have not lost nor have I gained so I am at that plateau I guess so I am determined to kick it up a notch. I currently go skating now twice a week, I jump rope, and now I have incorporated jogging into my workouts to switch it up a bit.

My goal size I have met a 10/12 my shirt size I have met M/L. So now I have reset my apperance goals to include a tummy tuck in March of 2014, because I have had a hysterectomy, sinus surgery, and lost a great deal of weight all in the last 6 months. That is my reward to myself for going thru... and dealing and committing to this LIFE JOURNEY. I have had 4 children and my pouch will not go away for anything. I have been to the 3 different doctors and they all say the same thing no amount of exercise will make my lower abdominal muscles go back together, so that's why I will be getting it. I have already started saving for it! wish me Luck...0 -

I am down 2.6 lbs this week!! So happy!! 16.2 lbs down since starting this challenge, and 18.6 more lbs to go to get to goal! If I can lose 2 lbs a week for the next 10 weeks of this challenge, I'm in there!! Let's do this ladies!!

I'm down .4 this week!!! I'm thrilled about it. Any loss two weeks in a row is winning for me. I've been eating much better, and I'm hoping to do a better job in coming weeks of syncing my good eating habits with exercise. It's spring and I'm getting my second wave of motivation. I'm powering through.

This week's weight is way up, but I ran an 8K yesterday so I think my muscles are still a little angry with me an holding fluid. Especially since my clothes are smaller (woot!) and I haven't been going crazy with my calorie intake. I'll probably check in again mid week and see if it drops any before I go into a full-blown panic.0 -
I've done some damage during the Spring break/Easter and was afraid to step
on that evil scale. But, I'm shaking it off and getting back to work. I just hope I have not
hit the dreaded plateau! (again)

1. Begin Insanity Birthday challenge. I completed Insanity (yeah!) and it has helped me not only
lose weight, it has changed my body. I have lost inches and can fit into a size 10!
2. Incorporate more strenth training into my workout.

As of today I have:
1. worn a skinny belt
2.Today I put on a pair of jeans that i havent worn since 2011
3. I am able to wear my class ring which I havent worn since 20110 -
So ladies...I have surpassed my goal for this challenge.
My current weight is 353.6.
which means that I have lost a total of 51.4 pounds.
As of today I have:
1. worn a skinny belt
2.Today I put on a pair of jeans that i havent worn since 2011
3. I am able to wear my class ring which I havent worn since 20110 -
