I walked 5.9 miles today. I did 100 jumping jacks too.0

5 miles done and because I cannot do jumping jacks (knees) I did 100 leg lifts each leg. hope this is equivalent. The 5 miles was eliptical

Major fail today, sorry crew. Work is killing me, but I'm fighting back tomorrow, I spent a few minutes feeling sorry for myself, but it's done now. On to tomorrow!!0

Hi I was added to the group this morning. I did challenge. I called a friend & encourage her to join mfp. And gave her my diet & workout plan. I tried doing crunches but couldn't do them, I have the flu.0

Sorry I've been a little MIA... I am crazy busy during the weekends finalizing wedding plans and details (12 days to go!).
I did not complete any challenges, with the exception of possibly saturday. I message my Maid of Awesomeness every day to help keep her on track towards her weight loss goals, listen to her rants, and provide a shoulder to cry on when she has bad days. I don't know if that counts.
Anywho, I'm awful at planks but will try to get in as many minutes as I can handle tonight and will report back.0 -
so I got in 10 1 minute wall planks with a stability ball and the bonus 5 1 minute planks... my arms and abs are jelly! (someone wanna pass the PB?! lol)0

Today's challenge complete, 3.2 mile walk & I'm making lobster & shrimp pot pies that only have 300 calories, yum!!0
