    3 mile bike ride, 150 squats, 100 lunges, 100 crunches. I can't do burpees so The Don approved this instead.

    I was added to this group 4/6 so I'm not sure if this counts but just in case. Here is what I've done before being added:
    4/1 = 2 miles
    4/3 = 2 miles plus 100 squats

    Sorry I've been a little MIA... I am crazy busy during the weekends finalizing wedding plans and details (12 days to go!).

    I did not complete any challenges, with the exception of possibly saturday. I message my Maid of Awesomeness every day to help keep her on track towards her weight loss goals, listen to her rants, and provide a shoulder to cry on when she has bad days. I don't know if that counts.

    Anywho, I'm awful at planks but will try to get in as many minutes as I can handle tonight and will report back.

    so I got in 10 1 minute wall planks with a stability ball and the bonus 5 1 minute planks... my arms and abs are jelly! (someone wanna pass the PB?! lol)

    I did 10 planks. Most were close to 1 min.
    I lost 3.3 lbs this week.

    Just to make sure, I did email you yesterday. I did the challenge 100 lunges and the additional 50. I will be going down to weigh in in a few. I dont expect anything on the weigh in.

    Today's challenge complete, 3.2 mile walk & I'm making lobster & shrimp pot pies that only have 300 calories, yum!!
