Thank you for joining me in the challenge!! I got a few emails with questions so let me answer them now in case your wondering about it yourself.
1) We all start 4/13/13
2) You can break the amount of squats up over the day or do them all at once, whichever you choose.
3) You can add weights if you choose.
4) Commit and don't give up!
I've looked at before and after pics on Google and some of the girls got really nice results.Take a picture so you can see your results. You can post them if you choose or keep them for yourself.

I have lost weight 30 total but 16 since joining MFP. My butt sagging. Need to get it back up in place. Hope this helps to get it there.0

Woo hooo squats!
I'm going to mix this with the 300 abs workout starting the 13th on top of my normal jog/pilates. Getting my butt and belly ready for bikins and beaches!!0
