  • Im A guy and I used to lift weights all the time. Yesterday, my girlfriend and i took our kids out to eat for my birthday. when i saw my pic with my "HANGING" over my belt and my skinny legs, NO WAY ... NOT ANYMORE

    I am very excited to start the challenge, but i have a question Does it work out more than your butt area, how about the stomach area cause i actually need work on both

    You actually need to do different exercises for your stomach. Maybe there's a crunch challenge in MFP?

    Maybe try mixing up a squat with another move? Like do a squat then when you come to a full standing position, bring your left knee up to meet your right elbow. Then do another squat, and switch. Right knee up to left elbow.

    Thank you for joining me in the challenge!! I got a few emails with questions so let me answer them now in case your wondering about it yourself.

    1) We all start 4/13/13
    2) You can break the amount of squats up over the day or do them all at once, whichever you choose.
    3) You can add weights if you choose.
    4) Commit and don't give up!

    I've looked at before and after pics on Google and some of the girls got really nice results.Take a picture so you can see your results. You can post them if you choose or keep them for yourself.

    Let's do this!!!!!

    I am thinking breaking them up could be a really good thing. I really miss having a nice butt. Great challenge choice - looking forward to this!

    I am going to give this a try and see what it will do with my butt. I know that it looks intimidating but i want to see if i can achieve a bubble butt. Cant wait to start tomorrow. Ill have to put it in my phone so I dont forget.
