    Hello everyone!
    You can call me Amysteri, I currently workout in the US. I'm 5'6 and I'm in a healthy weight. Right now I just want to get toned and have some muscle definition. I'm trying to lose maybe a pound or two of fat and its rather difficult :ohwell:

    What are your food vices/ cheats?
    ---- chocolate and ice cream :flowerforyou: ...especially during the holidays and other celebrations :tongue:

    What do you think is holding you back from being in your TOP shape?
    ---- Maybe it's the kind of workouts I do or perhaps how i eat or what i eat. I'm still trying to figure it out maybe it's hard to lose fat because I don't have much fat to lose to begin with? I don't know, but I'm optimistic I'll figure it out!

    What's your favorite exercise?
    ---- pilates, cross trainer, weights

    What exercise would you like to try this year?
    ---- i'm up for anything new since I just started exploring the exercise world so I'm not familiar with all the kinds of exercises yet, but I'd like to be able to do the burpee challenge and run a 5k :smile:

    What is your biggest trouble spot?
    ---- no matter how much I workout my thighs won't cooperate :tongue:

    ---- waist

    Upper Body Strength - I'm awful at press ups and pull ups, in terms of my body I'd say my belly

    my eyes, not satisfied with any of the main groups yet

    Lose the fat mainly hoping for the belly fat to go to show abs and to bulk up a bit
