Anyone Up For Monthly Challenges?

I Was Wondering If Any Of You Would Be Interested In Monthly Challenges.

For Example: One Month Can Be Squats, Another Can Be Wall Sits, Another Can Be Jumping Jax and so on...

Suggestions Would Be Welcomed As Well :)

    doing the April 30 day squat challenge right now, so yes to a challenge but looking for something other than squats though.

  • hello, I propose another type of challenge. How about a four week challenge on loosing inches. For example lets report our current measurements arms,chest,waist,hips and legs and in four weeks try to drop atleast an inch on each. I believe this will give us the the motivation to do a full body workout. what do u say ladies?

    hi roshin, i totally agree to ur comment coz we do differet kinds of excercises that ton our body at the gym am goin to....... so am thinking that will be a good challenge.
