well i wasn't able to view the video that the don posted the link for to do the kicks so i just did a lunge with a kick at the end of each one...does this make sense?? lol
anyway...i did 50 on each side.

Today I did the 150 crunches. I just did regular crunches I didn't have time to look up how to do the other type.0

I could only get through 20 crunches tonight, BUT.... I did 60 min with my trainer.... So I think we should get credit for that!0

I did the challenge of punches today plus bonus - 150 in total. BUT I had to do them on an exercise ball as my knee wouldnt let me stand and 'squat' but HOLY MOLY it was tough to balance on the ball with a bad knee!0

April 19th complete. I had the 5 servings before dinner. Love my veggies and the bonus, I did the eliptical for 35 minutes which is about 3 miles. I am also doing my FAT walk tonight...LOL, before the rain tomorrow0

I didn't do 18th. no time. I did go to the gym for 50 minutes though.
Today I did eat 5 veg servings. I ran 2.2 miles and walked 2+ miles.0
