    I'm 25 weeks tomorrow and have gained less than 5 lb. Of course, I am obese to begin with, so that is okay. :) I'm supposed to gain a total of 11 - 15 lb. I'm pretty sure that if I don't get this peanut butter craving under control, I'm going to have a hard time keeping the pounds off.

    I have gained 8 lbs so far and I'm 21 weeks, 2 days pregnant.

    I have NO idea how I've gained anything since I've barely been starting to eat the past 3 weeks or so. Oh well! I think that's pretty good.

    22-28 weeks is the time when the baby grows a lot, and most people will gain the most in those weeks. Don't worry!

    At 21 weeks I am at 11 lbs. Have stayed the same for 2 weeks. Normally I can maintain my weight for 3 weeks and then it suddenly jumps 2 lbs. So weird. It averages out to about 1/2 lb a week. Not too bad

    Hi all, new to this group (took me ages to remember how to find groups!)

    I was really sick at the start of my pregnancy (hg from weeks 5-15) but feeling a little better now.... so I'm still behind on weight. I was 159lb before christmas (having lost about 9lb in 6 months). Got pregnant at xmas, and lost 13lb during weeks 5-8. Since then I have put aboout 4lb back on... so I'm about 154 at 18 weeks. I'm sure it will all start piling on soon!

    I'm still doing my hour-long swim workout ~3 times a week, walking as much as possible, and prenatal yoga ~2-3 times a week. I'm not eating horribly. I guess this is just what my body wanted to gain.

    TheLaser... im exactly in the same boat as you! I am up anywhere from 26-28 depending on the day at 32 weeks.. and I have been talking daily, going to prenatal fitness classes and eating fairly well... I just keep gaining! I am hoping this means that it will just fall off afterwards!

    Never gorge on carbs and sodium the day before your 15 Week weigh-in. I was 121.4 lbs. just yesterday. ;p

    Final weight in 161.8 at the maternal fetal specialist appt. She didn't lecture me on going past the 24 pound max weight because my sugar had spiked so had to focus on that.

    Maternal-fetal specialist 127-161.8
    34.8 pounds 10 pounds more than our set goal ;(
    OB/gyn 130-160.8
    30.8 pounds, he doesn't really care about how much I gain
    Personal scale 133-?

    Will weight myself the morning of the induction for the final weight on the personal scale.

    32 weeks- I actually lost 2 lbs this week. I'm guessing water weight? Seems weird since I've been consistently up each week lately. Who knows. So, in total I'm up 16 lbs at 32 weeks.

I'm finally starting to feel better today.

    I've gained 8 and I'm only at week 10 :( This is why I came on to MFP. I need to make better choices, hold myself accountable, and exercise more. I gained 50 pounds during my fist pregnancy, and I don't want to do that again!!

    I stuck at 157.6 for the first tri, and through week 18... week 19 it jumped up 2lbs and I finally see a little bump! Happy with the gain so far, just need to keep it in check, I know I could do a whole lot of damage in the next 20 weeks... :bigsmile:
