You mean the weight loss post? That would probably be my fault. I have been MIA because of minor surgery that I had and then an infection developed all on top of the stress of family and school. I am trying my hardest to fight my way back to my team and I feel bad that I have let everyone down :frown:
I will try to update him tonight on the weight loss for our group, and the challenges as well.....0 -

Could not do squats due to knees but I did 45 min on bike at a moderate to fast pace and I moved and lifted boxes upstairs for about 30-40 min.0
