Good Morning Everyone! My stats for the week are:

    SW: 181
CW: 168 (down 2 pounds since last weigh in)
    GW: 140

    NSV for this challenge:

    1. Finish this 30 day shred! (DONE!! But starting Ripped in 30 real soon)
    2. Eat more fruits and veggies this week
    3. Work harder to stay within my daily calorie limits

    Official weigh in goals:
    2/21: 177.5 (met this one)
4/21: 160 (not so much; I'm at 168 as of today, but I'm not going to complain)
6/21: 152 (adjusted from 143 since I was so far off my Apr goal)

Keep working hard ladies; June will be here before you know it!

    April 1 - 214.4
    April 8 - missed
    April 15 - missed
    April 22 - 217.6
    April 29 -

Total loss to date - 1.4
    GW: 195

Good morning everyone, I finally got my new laptop and I'm refocused for the remainder of the challenge. I discovered without MFP I'm lossed and unfocused and really missed the words of encouragement and motivation. I may not make my goal for the challenge but I have 2 months to lose as much as I can.

Congrats to you all...everyone is doing so well! I will not give up!!

Stay focused! Having mini goals like this Summer weight loss challenge has helped me stay on track. Even though we may not meet our exact goal weights, we are all much better than when we started.

Good to see hear that your pregnancy is going well. I admire that you are still focused on staying a healthy weight during your pregnancy. I did well with my weight with my first (exercised almost until the end), but bedrest with second resulted in more weight gain than I wanted and well by the 3rd and 4th child, I decided I wanted to eat as much chocolate as I could  In retrospect, I would have made better choices with my last two. The weight gain was worth having 4 beautiful children.

Hey Sista's just wanted to stop by and say hello, I'm coming along well so far in my pregnancy, need to slow my weight gain down, darn hormones and cravings ! but I will get it together, the academic semester is almost over my first trimeseter is almost over as well and I plan to get more focused ! I miss ya'll

    Summer Challenge SW: 184.8
    Summer challenge GW: 160.0

    April goal: 170

    04/01: missed
    04/08: 174
    04/15: 172.6 (-1.4)
    04/22: 170.8 (-1.8)
    04/29:

Almost there for my April goal. I've been focusing on 10 lb loss at a time and alllowing
myself enough time to stabilize at the weight

I re-visited my initial NSV and I think I have been on track.

    Non-scale victories:

    1. Complete the Insanity series (done! On to the next round)
    2. Add in morning workouts (doing!)
    3. Eat cleaner and lift heavier (Not focusing on just clean but really eating better 80% of the time; mostly doing body strength training and some heavy weights..)

I gained 0.6 last week, but I lost 1.75 inches in my bust and waist!

I can see that the weight is moving slowly, and this week's gain is not troubling. I'm going to alter some goals, and keep it moving.

Good to see you ladies!!! :)

    CW - 286.4
    GW - 255.0

    NS Goals for the week:

    1) check in here once a day
    2) log all meals
    3) exercise at least 4 days this week

It's good to check in and see everyone. I have struggled in the past couple of weeks and need to refocus. I really appreciate you all being so open when you stumble as well as when you hit the mark. It's a great motivator for me to stick with it and not give up - Thank You!

    Here's my 4/21(ish) check in

    03/18 SW 199
    03/25 197.6 woot!
    04/02 oops! no weigh-in
    04/09 203.6
    04/16 197
04/21 202 <-- last week’s sordid affair with bread and wine has done some damage. Time to shake it off and move forward from here.

    SW 199

    Goals
4/21 195 missed it by a long shot, but I’m not giving up!
    5/21 190
    6/21 185

    NSV’s I plan to accomplish:
NOT obsessively weigh myself. Once a week is fine. DONE!
Move every single day, even if it’s just for 10 mins on the treadmill.
    Remember to log!
Participate in a 5k every month DONE!
Add to this list as I find more things that make me feel good about myself

Participating in 5k every month is impressive. I am thinking of doing a 5k with my co-workers.
Don't get discouraged by the scale, just keep moving and eating well and the results will come.

@Queenie_O, I think it's important to know about the stumbles, too. Losing weight isn't easy, it's nice to know you're not alone in your hiccups or your success.

    sw: 177
    CW:175

    3 goals....
1). Exercise 4-5 times each week
2). Learn to love water....I can get my 64 in, but I'm choking it down.
    3). Learn to love myself.

The motivation for my first "scale" goal....my BF has a gorgeous engagement ring waiting for me to get to 165. I told him he cannot propose to me before that! I think I may be crazy! LOL!

Rain rain go away....I wanted to go for a jog/walk yesterday, but as soon as I got to my favorite walking trail it started raining. Jogged/walked 1.4 miles anyway. Not very far...but better than nothing. Still raining today, so I spent 90 minutes packing and moving boxes....OVER 800 CALORIES BURNED! Yay! I also started the 30 squat challenge yesterday.
