New here and it's been fun seeing everyone's goals feel free to add me if I'm close to your stats!!
Background: My youngest is almost 17mths and I'm ready to get back to my "healthy" wt and where
I feel best which is 120 lbs. I'm smaller now than when I was in high school or college. I stayed around
135-145...which is chunky for me. I found a love for running a few yrs ago and now I'm back to 3-4.5 miles
5 and sometimes 6 days a week.
Age: 28

Age: 27
Height: 5'7" (1m70)
CW: 154.3 (70 kg)
GW: 143.3 (65 kg)
I am pretty strong and like to be active, so at 65 kg I think I should be happy, but I will wait to see when I get there. I think if I maintain my muscle/fat ratio I'll be one happy lady.
Alicia, we're fairly similar, except I'm almost 20yrs older than you.
Feel a bit of a fraud being here though, can't quite match 'not that heavy' with my body. Started here 2 yrs ago at 109 kg, am currently 71, I'd like to lose 3 more but have been yo-yo-ing around 70 for a couple of months now.0 -

I am trying really hard to get back into shape. About 4 years ago I lost close to 80 lbs and over the past couple of years I have gained back about 20 of it. I really want to get into shape for my 30th birthday this summer. I am not so much concerned about the number of lbs that I weigh I just want to be toned and healthy. I am starting to train for a tough mudder so I will be running about 4-5 days per week with strength training thrown in there as well.
I would like, for me, for 30 to be the new 20!0 -
Very close but I don't think I can get to 123 and maintain it!0

I have a very small frame but with broad shoulders (need them to hold up the girls!). When I gain weight it's quite obvious, esp. in my upper body and belly. I've had 3 babies, but for the most part bounced back from my pregnancies just fine each time. The past few years I've yo-yo'd and I'm sick of it. Ready to figure this out for good! When I stopped tracking my food and stopped exercising regularly this past fall/winter, the pounds really came back. Last summer I was actually happy in a bikini on the beach at 115lbs. Need to get back there for our Sunday Beachdays!

I am a mother of four. Mother of a 14, 13, 11, and 9 year old (two boys/two girls). Active duty military 15+years, currently living in Portugal. I love MMA type workouts and I take Krav Mega x2 weekly. I probably workout a total of 11 seperate times per week due to x6 a week of TapouT XT, M-W-F: Cardio at the gym/outside, and Krav Mega on T & T. Anything I do tends to be on the extreme side.0 -
5'4"
125 on the work scale, 122 on mine at home
36, no kids, 3 cats, 1 hubby
some muscle under a thick layer of marshmallow
skinny calves, skinny forearms, flabby arms, protruding belly and a big, square shaped bootie
love to cook at home but also love to go out. Love wine no matter where I am.
The only think I have done consistently over the years is complain, just recently I changed my goal from weight (119) to being able to LIFT weight. I think it's gonna take care of itself...as long as I put in the effort!0 -

I've always been athletic and active, but never watched what I ate. I never felt that I was overweight (even though the charts may have said I was). But now that I am losing weight, I realize how, on someone my height, a few pounds can really make a big difference.0 -

My real goal is to get back into better shape and toned. I used to be a very active athlete but it fell by the wayside in college. I want my body back! So it's more of a non scale goal but it's nice to have a number to shoot for.
I've never been much an endurance person but I signed up for my first 5K in June and started the Zombies, run! app this weekend. Sad to say I would have died in the apocalypse but I'm working on it!

I'm new to this group, and I'd love some help and encouragement getting my last bit of weight off and becoming more fit. I'm a grad student so my schedule can be stressful/hectic!

No kids, work out strenuously 5 days/week. I haven't gotten my BF done in a while but plan to. I'm mostly interested in that number going down and toning up. Would love to talk to anyone who's my age/size or was my size who's had success. The whole TDEE process is a bit intimidating so I'd be happy to chat with someone who's got it all figured out!
I think we are Not that Heavy Twins!

I run 4-5x and do Jillian Michael's 30dY SHRED 2-3x a week. Hope to lose it all by July by getting into weightlifting and controling my calorie intake. 1200/day right now. We'll support each other0 -

I'll be dancing, playing active video games (I play DDR/ITG seriously), and lifting heavy weights (primarily squats and deadlifts, and then the dreaded upper body days). No running, though.
Could use friends/support!0
