I run as often as I can (I have a few 5K under my belt), do yoga (I love hot yoga!) and hike. I just had sinus surgery and I can't wait to get the surgeon's ok to get back on track. For now I check my calorie intake and try to keep it under 1200 daily.

I have been aiming for half a pound a week but for some reason it's been really easy this time and I've been losing a pound a week. I'm a runner and aside from quite a bit of walking with a pushchair, running is my only form of exercise at the moment (and a bit do core work).0 -
