up 21 lbs at 38 weeks.....don't know how I'm down a pound considering my hands and feet have started to swell this week....0

I am currently 26 weeks and have gained 15 pounds. Eek! I went through two weeks where I was super full so fast and hardly ate, to being super hungry the last three days. So weird. I hate the scale though-it is surely not my friend.0

I went on vacation a little over a week ago, guess I did a little too much eating while I was away.0 -
Well, after an indulgent and salty weekend of birthdays- 3 parties in 2 days- I am up THREE lbs this week. At 34 weeks I have gained 20 lbs. I'm happy with that (I think). I know I SHOULD be happy with that as it is the bottom limit of my recommended gain so far. I just have to make sure I don't gain 3 lbs every week from now on!0
-
I am also up 2.5 lbs this week, EEEKKK! We were on vacation and it was my son's second birthday. I need to get my eating back under control this week and get more exercise in. I am up 9.5 pounds at 21 weeks 2 days. I am really hoping to keep my gain to 15 but it looks like I am more on track for 20, hopefully I can slow things down the next couple of weeks.0

It could have been worse with the way I'm eating and resorting to drinking Diet Coke again...I hoping 2 lb gain isn't constant for the next 4 weeks--trying to keep it under 30!0 -
@BBeccaJean you are doing great!!0
-
you'll be fine!!! you will probably level off those last few weeks....0
-
Thanks ladies--you all have been doing very well too! I just need to keep remembering that healthy baby is #1 priority. A little extra fat never hurt anyone. lol.0

That's great!! Usually weight loss slows down a lot in the last month (at least it did for me). I hit 30lb gain at 34 weeks. Which was ok with me since that meant I was on track for 35lb gain. 2 weeks later at my Dr's appt I had lost 3lbs, and that loss has held now for 3 weeks. Unless the expected healthy weight gain has changed (unbeknownst to me), or your Dr has told you otherwise 25-35lbs is still the healthy/expected gain.0 -

Better this week, though still not model behavior. A bad cold seems to have kept me in check where I have failed to do so myself. ;p
Looking forward to the all-revealing ultrasound on Tuesday! Assuming Baby complies.0 -

Chugging along.. I can't believe there's 11 weeks left. I still don't compensate for my bump and walk into walls etc lol just forgetting I'm pregnant sometimes. This is my best pregnancy ever, I just have a bit of heartburn and tiredness sometimes but no horrible backache.. I love my pregnancy support belt because a couple of days after I started wearing it the pain went away
Oh, last time I was pregnant I lost 15lb at the delivery, so I'm guessing all the rest that I'm gaining will be fat storage for breastfeeding. I hope I don't gain too much0 -
@igottaworkout...with a starting weight of 125, you should be fine! I'll just be happy if I get back into the 100s within three weeks of having the baby! The part that really worries me is my waist measurement...it needs to be under 35 inches before my fitness test!0
