We're getting close to the end of our first week. I have to say that it's been very motivating to see everyone pushing hard. So far, I'm at 1919 calories burned so pretty much on plan.:)0 -

It's been so inspiring to read everyone's progress this week. Well done!
I have basically kept to my goal and this was in spite of a 'cheat day' yesterday when I ate a massive creamy salmon pasta in Soho (London). I'm really glad that I can indulge and still reach my goals.
Here is my week with Sunday almost finished.

So for week one I logged 2,332 calories burned. Although I know this is a good number for me, it was a really odd week! So I am shooting for 3,000 calories for next week!:happy:0

I've started off horribly. Only got in 737 logged calories. I only log the purposeful exercise not just daily activity. Have to get going this week if I plan on getting anywhere near my goal for the month.0
