Was getting pretty close to my original goal weight and decided to change it to where I would love to be. Weight is coming off slower now. I don't know what else to change or if this is normal? I go to the gym 5 days a week and have increased my cardio from 30 minutes to 45 minutes a day plus I do strength training.0 -

It is quite normal for your weight loss to dramaticly slow as you are in the last 10lbs just keep at it and focus on how you're feeling rather than what the scale says!!

Hello Ladies! I know this is not Friday, but I felt obligated to log in to make myself officially part of the group and all. I have used MFP in the past to track my weight and food. This time I decided to join a forum. The first day back (yesterday) was tough but all of my data was still in the app which made it easier. I know what to do but planning meals is hard at the start. Love this idea! Three kids ... full-time job ... no time to drive in somewhere to weigh-in. An online version is a great idea. Will try to stay accountable and motivated. Have not been successful in the past.
Goal = Down to 135 lbs + BMI of 23 by January 1, 2014.
