Thanks ladies--you all have been doing very well too! I just need to keep remembering that healthy baby is #1 priority. A little extra fat never hurt anyone. lol.

That's great!! Usually weight loss slows down a lot in the last month (at least it did for me). I hit 30lb gain at 34 weeks. Which was ok with me since that meant I was on track for 35lb gain. 2 weeks later at my Dr's appt I had lost 3lbs, and that loss has held now for 3 weeks. Unless the expected healthy weight gain has changed (unbeknownst to me), or your Dr has told you otherwise 25-35lbs is still the healthy/expected gain.

    EDD: October 11th, pregnancy #2

    18w0d, 5/10/13: 123.4 lbs., +2.6 lbs.

Better this week, though still not model behavior. A bad cold seems to have kept me in check where I have failed to do so myself. ;p

Looking forward to the all-revealing ultrasound on Tuesday! Assuming Baby complies. :)

Starting weight 125lb, I'm 5'6" and this is my fourth baby :)

    16 weeks pregnant: 1lb gained
    18 weeks pregnant: 2lb gained
    19 weeks pregnant 2.5lb gained
    20 weeks pregnant 3.5lb gained
    21 weeks pregnant 5lb gained
    22 weeks pregnant 7lb gained
23 weeks pregnant 9 lb gained
24 weeks pregnant 9 lb gained
25 weeks pregnant 10 lb gained
26 weeks pregnant 12 lb gained
27 weeks pregnant 13 lb gained
28 weeks pregnant 14 lb gained
29 weeks pregnant 15 lb gained

Chugging along.. I can't believe there's 11 weeks left. I still don't compensate for my bump and walk into walls etc lol just forgetting I'm pregnant sometimes. This is my best pregnancy ever, I just have a bit of heartburn and tiredness sometimes but no horrible backache.. I love my pregnancy support belt because a couple of days after I started wearing it the pain went away :)

Oh, last time I was pregnant I lost 15lb at the delivery, so I'm guessing all the rest that I'm gaining will be fat storage for breastfeeding. I hope I don't gain too much :)

@igottaworkout...with a starting weight of 125, you should be fine! I'll just be happy if I get back into the 100s within three weeks of having the baby! The part that really worries me is my waist measurement...it needs to be under 35 inches before my fitness test!

I really don't know. He just said after that, I would have room to gain 1 pound a week and still only gain 25 pounds.

Don't feel bad! I started off at 160 and I'm not even 18 weeks and I've gained 10 already. I only want to gain 20:(

I gained 50 and 40 with my first two, I lost the 40 and was working on the last 10 when I got pregnant this time!

You really are doing awesome. You are almost done, don't be so hard on yourself! You haven't even gained 30!

    36 weeks, up 22lbs.

I'm 5'3", started at 115, now 137. My optimistic goal was 140 at 40 weeks. I will probably go over, but I'm very fine with that. My workouts are pitiful, but I'm unwilling to push myself over a few pounds. I ended my last 2 pregnancies in the 160s, so this is a vast improvement for me. I got Ripped in 30 for my birthday this week- can't wait to start it in August!

Hear hear. I began my 1st pregnancy 12 lbs. heavier than this round (my 2nd); that aspect, combined with the fact I have since learned to eat better, leaves me comparatively optimistic I will not land ridiculously near to 170 again before all is said and done come October. Needless to say, the high 160s is not flattering on a 5'3" medium-boned frame. ;) Nor is that amount of weight gain necessary for someone with my stats, even in pregnancy.

This 2nd pregnancy I began at 120.8 lbs. (as of 4w6d/early February) and now in my 19th Week have gained 3-5 lbs. thus far, depending on the morning. I'm expecting a growth spurt any day now. ;)

Congratulations on keeping your weight gain in check! And for having a recovery plan. :)
