Well, I'm gonna have to kick some major butt tomorrow if I wanna make my goals this week. I'm normally not big on sweets but for some reason this week I've had either cake or icecream every night :ohwell: How is everyone else doing? Its been kinda a strange week with all the merging stuff but hopefully you all are doing alright.

Ok, here's my check in for week 4. 188.3 (.2lb weight loss). I'm shocked i lost anything because I was horrible at logging my food and I only went to the gym for a total of 3 hours. anyways, back on the wagon, let me get refocused with my new team
One positive note for the week, Saturday I went to my gym for a zumbathon. Two full hours of dance, I was one of only 15 people that finished it. My endurance has increased so much in the past few months, I used to be exhausted after 2 songs.0 -
Jamila, that sounds like soooo much fun! I LOVE Zumba. My gym does Club Dance too... those are my favorite classes Congrats on staying in it to the finish. That really is something to be proud of!0

I just did these two workouts. I really like the instructor in these ones so I thought I'd share. She is easy to follow and down to earth. Its almost like you actually have a workout partner doing the exercises with you. Both videos are 10 minutes so its perfect for our requirements this week.

Hi everyone! Just checking in...finally got a massage so I am way better for exercise. Didn't realize how aches and pain affects us whether work or being able to exercise. Glad we merged. Being busy helps me to eat less. Staying sane is the hard part. Lol Thanks!0

I didn't realize I posted on the spreadsheet link instead of this thread. Oops! I have not been doing so well lately. Have lost motivation. I keep doing that thing where I say, "I will do better tomorrow", and mostly I don't. I'm looking forward to the merged teams and renewed challenges helping me to stay on track.

Hey everyone! Been busy but for me that's a great thing cuz I lost 2 pounds finally! I'm at 199 (found out my scale was off by a few pounds when I looked closely). My actual real weight is 196; yay me! But for the sake of keeping with how I weighed in I will keep it at 199. I didn't even get to do any exercise... just was so busy! Ate better food and did yoga as the only exercise besides work haha.0

Gets, Your last recorded weight was 202... that means your down 3lbs!!! Congrats for making it into ONE-derland!!!
We just got back from a 4 day camping trip so I know my weight today is not accurate and I cringe at the thought of post such a major gain right now but I am up 4.2lbs (165lbs)

Sandi, I went to Vegas for my first time in March! Have you been before? Where are you staying? There is sooooo much to see and do there! I averaged about 10 miles of walking almost everyday that I was in Vegas. I did put on 5lbs though.... I'd suggest avoiding the buffets
