    Saturday May 25- 3.75 miles. I had to take over a week off for being sick, so I'm not going to come anywhere near my goal for the month. I think realistically I'll be closer to 70/75 than 100. Oh well!

    Week 4: 53.39 miles -- a bit of a cutback week for me.

    Month to date: 193.55 miles (goal: 200).

    Yesterday I ran my first 5K in a few months: 19:19, which is a bit slow for me, but not bad considering I've only been in full training mode for a couple weeks.

    Got it a couple more miles yesterday, so the updated mileage for 5/25 is 8 miles.

    Back to tapering now for half mary #6 of the year.
