    1. 2/4 days of exercise -- I walked 30 minutes at lunch today , but I don't count just walking, as exercise

    did last minute abs (hip hop abs) and cardio recovery (insanity) already and had a
    gorgeous colourful salad for lunch.

    And thanks I am feeling a lot better this morning!

    Make sure you do your arm, leg, and booty exercises too!

    Hello everyone, Sorry haven't posted much last week. I had an exam and then off camping and only got back last night. I'm back now and going back into my normal routine and you will here more from me.

    Despite the busyness last week I managed to lose 0.5 lbs which I'm so happy about. I didn't do any of the other challenges though.

    Hello Everyone! I was away over long weekend, feel so out of sorts with MFP!! Cant wait to get back into groove, GAINED 2.8 lbs!!!

    3. only abs complete
    4. 5/5 days of colorful food
    5. recipe/photo loaded

    Looking forward to losing what I gained and then some this week!
