50 or 100 or less and work your way up
(Listen to your body we don't want anyone getting hurt so if you can only do a few a day that is still great!)

    Came on line too late tonight to do the bonus. Need to do that at the morning gym. We did something similar though with bands at the evening gym. Does that count?

    I will be doing modified jumping jacks mostly...I CAN do regular...but ortho told me "your knees are pre-arthritic...don't do squats, lunges, jumping jacks..." - so I'll do limited...and keep rocking...not stopping!

    btw pals...I just decided to keep doing the 30 daily tricep extensions and added in doing 30 bicep curls too....JOIN ME IF YOU WANT TO KEEP TONING YOUR ARMS! ;D

    Shoulders hated the side bends today and just with 2 pounds weight!
    Really going to have to work on building strength up in my shoulders & upper arms :grumble:
  • Morning all! I'm new to the challenge. My goal is to lose a pound per week, totaling 50 pounds in a year's time. I'm just starting on this journey, and I think the accountability here will be great!
