    I ended my week with a rest day and a good afternoon with friends :)

    6/4 days of exercise
    1/1 something new - rowing machine
    6.92 miles running
    5.22 miles biking
    500 meters swimming
    7/7 days eliminating sweets/desserts

    Woah!! I just weighed in, and I lost 4 pounds this week!

    Also, great job ladies! So far we all have positive weight loss :)

    Well...sometimes I hit those plateaus (or periods of adjustment) hard...my weight has not changed in two weeks. But thats OK...it just makes me more determined to work harder! GOOD JOB to everyone who posted GREAT LOSSES! I am sooooo proud of you all!

    Challenges:
    1. 5/4 days of exercise
    2. 1 day of something new - 5k on the runway. (While I am much slower than you are, Allison, I also reached a PR by cutting 2 minutes off of my time! And its only been one week since the last one...:wink: )
    3. Elliptical: 11.27 miles
    Walking/Running: 3.1 miles
    Total: 14.37 miles
    4. 7/7 days without chocolate :tongue:
    5. 4/5 posts...sorry...after working with one all week, I typically don't even want to look at a computer on the weekend...too many other fun things to do...like laundry and cleaning...:laugh:

    I logged Zumba which gave me 414 calories burnt, but I also did insanity and my push ups, but idk what that equals to in calories burned

    like I have previously stated, Tuesdays are my hospital clinical days (I am a nursing student for those of
    you who don't know :D ). I can't log my calories burnt, but today was an exceptionally busy day and I don't
    think I say down for more than 30 mins my whole 12 hours shift lol. I was so busy that I didn't even take my
    last break lol. So even though I am not documenting today for a work out I really did the hardest workout
    that I could possibly think of!

    Hello everyone!

    My current status for the week:
    1. 1/4 days of exercise
    2. 4.55 miles on the elliptical
    3. 0 pushups (I'm afraid I need to pass on this one...due to a rotator cup issue with my shoulder, my doctor told me not to do them. :cry: )
    4. 638 calories
    5. 1/5 no dessert

    This evening I plan on doing zumba and Les Mills body pump. While body pump is not my fav, and I have to muddle through some of it because of my shoulder, I def need to get some weight training in. :tongue:

    Please everyone make sure you are always posting your weekly total for calories burnt. It will be hard to keep track of which calories have been added to the spreadsheet and which have not if it's not posted as a weekly total. Thanks! Also, you might already be posting like. I just want to make sure everyone is. I wouldn't want someone missing out on calories they burned :)

    Today is my day of rest...and my body needs it! My abdominals, thighs, back and shoulders are SORE! And I have a full morning of exercise planned for tomorrow...yoga, zumba, and then aqua zumba...followed by my reward of a good 5 minutes in the hot tub AND THEN...a mani and pedi...LOL! :happy:

    This week I had some personal distraction, wasn't able to commit to challenges, other than above--

    I have still be eating ok and exercising often (Thank God) -- Bad with water consumption too-- Please let the exercise pay off and have a weight loss!!

    Hey ladies! Sorry I disappeared from the board. I went to a wedding this weekend with my boyfriend. I'm afraid the weekend may have ruined the week I had. Here's to hoping I've done enough to at least not gain weight!

    Hey ladies!! We totally met our combined calorie goal for the week!! Way to go us! Together we burned 11,605 calories :)
