Well...sometimes I hit those plateaus (or periods of adjustment) hard...my weight has not changed in two weeks. But thats OK...it just makes me more determined to work harder! GOOD JOB to everyone who posted GREAT LOSSES! I am sooooo proud of you all!

2. 1 day of something new - 5k on the runway. (While I am much slower than you are, Allison, I also reached a PR by cutting 2 minutes off of my time! And its only been one week since the last one... )

like I have previously stated, Tuesdays are my hospital clinical days (I am a nursing student for those of
you who don't know ). I can't log my calories burnt, but today was an exceptionally busy day and I don't
think I say down for more than 30 mins my whole 12 hours shift lol. I was so busy that I didn't even take my
last break lol. So even though I am not documenting today for a work out I really did the hardest workout
that I could possibly think of!

Hello everyone!
My current status for the week:

2. 4.55 miles on the elliptical
3. 0 pushups (I'm afraid I need to pass on this one...due to a rotator cup issue with my shoulder, my doctor told me not to do them. )
4. 638 calories
5. 1/5 no dessert
This evening I plan on doing zumba and Les Mills body pump. While body pump is not my fav, and I have to muddle through some of it because of my shoulder, I def need to get some weight training in.

Today is my day of rest...and my body needs it! My abdominals, thighs, back and shoulders are SORE! And I have a full morning of exercise planned for tomorrow...yoga, zumba, and then aqua zumba...followed by my reward of a good 5 minutes in the hot tub AND THEN...a mani and pedi...LOL! :happy:
