    2. 3.9 miles walking
    3. 3 min. running in place

Tuesday and Thursday are salad days for me. Today's salad includes arugula and spinach leaves, red pepper strips, blueberries and strawberries, with a cut up chicken breast and honey dijon dressing. I also packed a banana for my morning snack, and a cup of cut-up watermelon and Greek yogurt for my afternoon snack.

Hope y'all make it a healthy day!

    1. 3/4 days of exercise
    2. 13.5 miles walking
    3. 6 min. running in place
    4. 3 packed lunches with healthy fruits and veggies

As the week progresses, it gets harder to get out of bed. My poor old body gets tired and sore...especially after body pump. I've already logged nearly 5 hours in the gym this week. The problem is, as my exercise has increased, my weight loss has slowed. I'm hoping that, eventually, it will catch up! I refuse to become discouraged!

Make it a great day everyone! The weekend's coming!

I gained a little last week, and I've been doing well this week, so I weighed in this morning to see how things were going. I was down 2 pounds!! I really hope I can keep that and increase it by Monday!

    Taylor, congratulations to your sister!

Marsha, make sure you are eating enough even with the exercise. I'm not going to pretend to know a lot about how weight loss works, but I've heard that if you work out a lot but aren't eating back at least some of the calories, then you aren't netting enough each day to fuel your body. I'm so glad you have the time to work so much! Surely it will start to pay off soon!! :)

    Have a wonderful day everyone!
