    been trying to lose weight for about 6 years without success. I am super active and muscly under my layer of fat. Love the outdoors and usually burn about 3000 cal a week, hiking, biking and whatnot. I think I try too hard to lose and get stuck.

    Hi, Im 32 years ild and 5ft2" tall, i have already lost 18lb to get myself back into a "normal" weight category!
    My current weight is 138lb and my goal (based on weight before I stopped smoking) is 120lb BUT I plan on tonig and getting fit so will see how I look at what weight! (I don't want to be skinny! I want to be healthy!) ????
