Say "No" to late night snacking in July!

Tired of self-sabotaging by munching after dinner? Upset that you double your in-calories at night? Then it's not just me . To get some help (or inspire us by your good example), please join us in this challenge.
We're usually fixing a cut-off time, past which only non-caloric things are allowed (unsweetened tea or water). Yet, we're not that strict: you may allow yourself a handful of almonds, if you're able to stop at that. Figure out what fits you and start counting... . We go by the formula:
Me: "number indicating how many evenings you stuck to it" - LNS: "number of times late night snacks won"
Example: Me: 2 - LNS: 0 indicates I won the first two nights.
Some people also add a * to the latest number. In the example, that would be
Me: 2 - LNS: 1*
if LNS won the 3rd night.
It's as simple as that. Or as complicated, as you will discover. Nevertheless, the persistence and good results of some of our "old" members (and some people keep coming back) show that the battle is worthwhile .

Last night because of circumstances I had to eat an incredibly late dinner, so I chucked it up as a win.0 -
We went to the movies last night - which I LOVE to do - truly, it was only the 2nd time I've been to the movies in 2013.
Boo.
Of course, I had POPCORN! I HAPPILY GAVE MY POINT TO LNS!!

laury - I'm right there with you. July is turning out difficult. Just...different circumstance causing me to eat late and then push my last snack late just to get the calories.
Ugh.

Had to fight the urge to give in tonight because I binged today, but I was successful in no LNS tonight...whew!0 -

Late dinners triggered on 1 of the past 3 nights some munching after dinner (not binging). Last night we finished dinner at 9, so I'm taking off the point for that. - hope to get back on track soon!!0 -
I did not win. It came down to wanting to stay up a little with my husband before taking my last snack upstairs. I don't know why I have to have that last snack by myself, but I do. So I normally will wait until I'm alone and snack while I read...and then stay up another hour or so before going to sleep. My husband normally goes to bed before me, so it's no problem. But he was wide awake last night...and I didn't want to leave him.
