Day 3, July 3rd, 70 squats!!! CHECK IN

Alright ladies so our squats have increased another 10 today to equal 70. The good news about that is tomorrow is a semi-rest day because we are only scheduled for 50. Lets get that burn in today and tomorrow we can take it kinda easy lol
I really like that we increase our squats everyday then we have a day where we do quite a bit less. Also weekly we get a rest day.

70 squats down.. so surprised at how much this ups my heart rate even if only for a few minutes.. did all 70 in a row.. i noticed this morning my legs already feel stronger.. keep it goin everybody! only 50 for tomorrow :bigsmile:0

When I did the first 40 my legs started to burn...... But, in a weird way, it felt so good!!!0 -

Done!!!! I did 45 in 30DS with hand weights (it's level 1) and then another 25 before doing the cool down!0

My 70 are done. Did it after my normal workout and I'm definitley feeling it!0
