Good Monday evening... BG @ 9:08pm was 109. 2:00 hours after dinner.
Carbs today were 234. Broke down and tried the sugar free coconut Russell Stover's. They were delicious, have not had those in almost year. I finished all 6 and added over 58 carbs. So this is probably the reason for going past my goal of 200.
But I was pleased the number was only 109. I ate those 6 about 90 minutes before dinner. MY goal for 2:00 hours is to be mid low 100. So 109 was not that bad.
Here's hoping Tuesday goes well.

Not jumping for joy, but not totally disappointing. At least it's heading in the right direction. Carbs to this point: 55 (added a couple more for the last snack, so AM numbers may jump a little.)0 -

Hi to all... BG @ 9:25 was 106. Thought it might be lower since my total carbs were only 122 today.

3.25 hours post dinner, just returned from the long walk - 104
Trampled total carbs - 96
Trampled fiber, so that net carbs came in at 58
Short on protein
total walk time - 60 mins on the nose0 -
Almost 2 hrs after eating (subway tuna salad) reading was 85 (right after 30 minutes on the treadmill)
Dinner carbs were 10
Daily carbs were 970 -
2 hour reading was 91. Today turned out another gorgeous day, weather-wise. Hoping everyone has a fun and safe 4th of July!0

Hmmm... sleep may not be a good choice for me. A totally lack-luster 115 and I slept most of the day.0

I take a lot of insulin. My doctor has told me that a two hour bg should be less than 160. I shoot for 1140. Keep carbs low aty each meal because a heavy carb load will increase the bg level.0

Dinner carbs were 36 (8 from fruit). Reading was after half hour on treadmill.
Total carbs till read were 1100 -
Not sure if this is the 2 hr mark or not, but 113
Getting VERY frustrated with myself. I know what I need to be doing, but I don't seem to want to follow it. Because of this I'm getting readings all over the spectrum. Including a reading last night just before bed of 75 after a high yesterday of 168 (after breakfast because I was stupid - carbs with an already high reading. Feel free to thump me for that one!)
After trampling carbs yesterday, I kept it VERY tight today: total carbs of 31 (net came in at 21). Really need to keep this macro stable, just having mental problems with the restriction.0 -

kcaffee...I totally understand! Last night snacking was out of control for me for some reason. I tried to be better today but the night isn't over!!! :devil:0 -

BG@ 10:00pm was 109. 2:00 hours after dinner.
Not displeased with this reading, since I had my biggest calorie day since Christmas holidays, although carbs were only 215. If I ate like this every day in 5 weeks I would gain 7 pounds. So, back to eating well after the July 4 holidays are over.

Thought it might be lower, but had a banana 45 minutes after dinner, which might have caused it not to be where I expected.

Not going to be awake in another half hour, if I'm smart, so went a head and took the 1 hr test - 95.
Dinner carbs: 50 (net 40), so a wonderful day there.
2 hrs of cardio, some of it on a HIIT pace, so I'll see where I am in the morning. It's been settling around 110 recently, so I'm trying to coax it down into the low 100's regularly without sending my blood pressure plummeting.0 -
