Damn Jess! I guess I'm in I'll start tomorrow it will help me look great once I take my pictures at the end of the 30 day shred. I guess that means 40 minutes of Cardio or so

Day 2: Hubby and I spent the day out shopping for a coming vacation and we got home late. I'll try to make up for it during the next few days.
