    Day 3: 604 (so far!)

    It was lightening outside so I couldn't do my sprints, Insanity instead :)

    Goal: burn 600 calories a day

    June 9: 1100 (JMBR, 1 hr ZR & walk with family)

    Damn Jess! I guess I'm in I'll start tomorrow it will help me look great once I take my pictures at the end of the 30 day shred. I guess that means 40 minutes of Cardio or so =)

    Day 2: Hubby and I spent the day out shopping for a coming vacation and we got home late. :( I'll try to make up for it during the next few days.
    Day 3: 300 something soo far but will jump on my bike of do some zumba to get to 600.

    I managed to meet my goal Tuesday, when I started, with 897 calories burned with exercise. Unfortunately Wednesday I only reached 551 because my afternoon walk got rained out so I went home and took a nap! Yesterday I burned 805 with exercise and today I'm already at 490. My husband and I will take a walk tonight which will get me to 600.

    I'm loving the challenge!

    I would love to get into this challenge but I've been so depressed and it's so freakin' hot in Arizona. I can't ride my bike outside anymore so calories aren't burning as much as I want them to.

    Day 1 - 2 hours cycling, 1150 calories. 30 minute run, 350 calories. Total = 1600 calories burned.

    also it's good to note that by burning the 600 calories each day, that's over 1 lb of calories burnt for the week. On top of the calorie counting.

    We're all gonna be hotties with bodies soon :wink:
