Exercise doesn't have to be a chore! Blast a mini-playlist of 4 of your favorite up-tempo tunes and get down. The harder you boogie, the more calories you'll burn, but 10-15 minutes of steady grooving on your living room dance floor will slash an average of 100 calories.

    I dont have any right now as I usually listen to TF music but this may change. I am interested in seeing what the responses are cause I need new music :)

    I actually did this yesterday on my own! Didnt read the challenge till just now! I should make this a regular thing!!!
