    8 years? What a waste, they could have spent all this time together.

    There is just no justification for acting like this, even if it "succeeds" miraculously in the end.

    I was happy it worked out for them....not the "norm" for the show......BUT still think it is odd that he wouldn't webcam or meet for 8 years.......still seems like a part of the story is missing?

    Well, in their defense, they were both 14 when they met online and lived far apart. And sure, no guarantee they will be together long term (especially starting that young) but I imagine they have as much of a shot as any other couple these days.

    I guess it was just nice to see that they both were who they said they were.
