So I am starting at 268.8 lbs or 19.st & I think 10lbs is a do able goal but obviously in aiming for more but I'd be over the moon with 10 lbs

My weight is of 157 pounds and my goal is 140 pounds. I hope that this challenge helps me to break the stagnation in which I am.0

Overall goal is 170 but short term goal is 200 by 9/150 -

Weighing this morning I'm at 207.4 I started out at 214. I hope this helps me push harder, I really need to motivation and support to actually get it going, I mean once im working out I am a beast its just getting time to do it is the problem but now I'm realizing I need to MAKE the time! Great to find this group! I am up for the challenge. Weighed in this morning - 165lbs, to get to 155 would be amazing as the past year or so I've not been able to get below 162!! Overall goal 140lbs. Good luck everyone!!0
