                    Hi everyone!!!! It's day one of the challenge. Good Luck to you guys!!!!!
How are you guys approaching the challenge. 500cals a day, 7 days a week, or random.
Inspiration for the day: " Do not leave for tomorrow what you can do today."
Remember the format
Weekly Goal: 3500
Day 1 : 1267 calories burned ( 90 mins of Kick boxing & 10 minutes abs class)
Day 2: calories burned (how they were burned)
Day 3: calories burned (how they were burned)
Day 4:calories burned (how they were burned)
Day 5: calories burned (how they were burned)
Day 6:calories burned (how they were burned)
Day 7:calories burned (how they were burned)
Total: 1267
Left to go: 2233

            Been to the gym this morning and did the following;
 Stationary bike (moderate) 45 mins
 Running (5.2 mph) 43 mins
 Swimming (breaststroke) 20 mins
 and a couple of rounds of strength machine exercices.
 In total 1755 cals.
 Left to go-1695.
 If i go over am not too fussed as i know at the back end of August i go away for 3 days.
 Happy with that, good start to the month.

            Weekly Goal: 3500 - I walk a lot so I've got a fitbit but its not syncing at the minute so I don't know many calories I've actually burned. However I want to use this challenge to burn 3500 doing exercise at the gym on top of my walking so although they aren't 100% accurate i'm going to use the gym machines estimates as the numbers.
 1st Aug: 570 cals burned (20 min elliptical, 30 mins intervals on the treadmilll)
