Weekly Goal: 3500 - I walk a lot so I've got a fitbit but its not syncing at the minute so I don't know many calories I've actually burned. However I want to use this challenge to burn 3500 doing exercise at the gym on top of my walking so although they aren't 100% accurate i'm going to use the gym machines estimates as the numbers.

Sadly, I began this challenge with a lovely little injury during today's run. Along with my still-broken toe, I'm now nursing two runner's knees and a sore left hip. I'm going to attempt calisthenics and update my calorie count afterwards! 3500 seems like an awfully large number now
